Take a sip of tea, bite into a piece of chocolate… and let them slowly melt in your mouth… listening to their respective sensory stories… For this pairing, we will be accompanied by the chocolates and expertise of Alain Coppens, artisan chocolatier and creator—along with his brother based in Nicaragua—of the ethical, organic, and circular chocolate factory Bomma Flora. This workshop will highlight the sensory exploration of tea and chocolate pairings, as well as tea and cocoa beans as local products.
A unique gourmet workshop!

Minimum 5 people, maximum 8.
Audience: anyone who loves tea, chocolate, and quality, no prior knowledge required.
Cancellation by the customer: a workshop canceled at least 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled once, but will not be refunded or converted into a voucher.
Cancellation by Bomma Flora: workshop rescheduled or refunded.
Recommendations: It is advisable not to wear perfume before the workshop or eat foods with strong flavors (garlic, spices, etc.) that could alter your senses.
